HVAC Service & Installation Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently perform maintenance, repairs & installation on a wide range of residential and commercial heating & air conditioning systems.
• Provide a high-quality customer service experience to all customers.
• Provide feedback to owner and management team regarding daily activities.
• Keep inventory of parts, equipment and tools provided by owner or management team.
• Communicate training needs and complete training and continuing education per industry requirements.
• Alternating on-call schedule to cover 24/7 emergency service
• Some weekends and evenings

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Must be bondable through the Department of Labor and Industry.
• Ability to work from 28′ extension ladder and 12′ step ladder.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, maneuver in tight spaces, stand /kneel for long periods of time and work outdoors.
• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes.
• Pass random drug testing for a drug-free work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NATE Core Certification
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License

Compensation and/or Benefits:

• Position pay: DOE
